Teaching Experience 📝

During my time in Sixth form, I volunteered to be part of the tutoring team for Chemistry support sessions, where I learnt and developed my skills to tutor and communicate with students who struggled with complex concepts.

I employed a simple, yet effective method which entails me clearly explaining and working towards a concrete understanding of the concept, then reinforcing the understanding by working through a plethora of practice questions. Furthermore, I transferred what I learnt during these sessions and continued to tutor my siblings and family relatives beyond the A-level specification, and assisted with their personal statements, and specific advice on how to get into Medical school tailored to their goals and ambitions.

I do continue to help fellow medical students with difficult concepts using the same method previously mentioned. I believe that with all the skills I have learned during my experiences, along with my full dedication and commitment to MediBrain, I can be a successful tutor and help many students achieve fantastic grades and get into Medicine.
