Teaching Experience 📝

I tutored GCSE students privately whilst I was still in college and during my gap year. This involved working with individuals from all age groups, who were looking to improve their functional Maths and English skills.

Watching my students grow and become more confident in their chosen subjects allowed me to experience a sense of fulfillment. During my time at medical school, I have been involved in delivering teaching to first and second year medical students.

These experiences have allowed me to build on my teaching skills. Furthermore, I often participate as an examiner for the mock MMI interviews held by various societies at my university.

This role allowed me to offer candidates valuable written and verbal feedback and I tried to go beyond this expectation by providing students with tips that I found useful during my interviews.
