He is a confident online tutor for Physics as well as Mathematics to the GCSE and A level students in the UK. He earned his Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the Centre of Excellence in Solid State Physics, University of the Punjab, in 2018.
He studied structural, magnetic and dielectric properties of the nanostructures of various metal-oxides by using experimental and theoretical approaches in his PhD work. Talking about his research, he has been synthesizing and characterizing thin films and nano materials of spinels and perovskites structured.
He is also working on the role of electron-phonon interactions to study superconducting properties with Density Functional Theory (DFT) in the metal carbides and oxides by the first principle approach. He has published several articles in reputed journals and has presenting a large number of invited talks in the conferences world wide.
Teaching Experience 📝
Dr Muhammad Azam worked as the Associate Professor in the School of Physical Sciences, University of Chenab, Gujrat. He has been teaching Quantum Mechanics, Solid State Physics, Theory of Condensed Matter Physics and Optics to the undergraduate and Master level students.
Meanwhile, He has been tutoring Mathematics and Physics to the GCSE/IGCSE and A-level students. Currently he is pursuing PGCE-Physics to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to work as a Secondary Teacher in the UK.
